CHROME PLATING KIT
Samson's chrome
plating kit provides a show quality nickel, copper & chrome plate
on items such as headlights, bezels, bumperettes, nuts & bolts,
brackets, etc. It can be applied to copper, steel and brass.
There are three
different processes each with its own tank and chemicals, as well as the
electro cleaning and activating tanks. The chrome plate is always
applied over a nickel plate, which will fuse to most metals quite readily.
The copper plating system is used as a hi-build filler to cover blemishes,
pits and scratches. The copper plate can be built up to a thickness
of 1/8". Samson includes copper for most metals.

 Copper plating takes
from 10 minutes to several hours depending upon desired thickness required.
Nickel takes for 30-60 minutes and chrome only 4-5 minutes.
The kit will give you
approximate 5- square feet per gallon of nickel and copper plating before
needing replaced. Decorative chrome solution will plate approximately
2000 square feet per gallon.
A Samson 50 amp Power
System with precision control and easy operation is available for $595.00
for operation of the chrome kit or you can operate the system with a 12-volt
battery.

MIST ON CHROME FINISH is fast, easy
to use and low cost for maximum profit. Just mist the chrome on
the prepared surface, clear coat and dry - you're ready to go!
This spray on process uses a minimum of equipment to
obtain a chrome like finish. Just pour and spray -
no mixing or special hardware required.
